The Indian blog scene has come up in leaps and bounds over the last 5 years or so. There are so many brilliant bloggers who blog about random everyday stuff pretty frequently. Here is a small list of blog posts which you must read. I hope more people start following the Indian blogscene.
So, here goes... This is in no specific order.
No 5: 5 Greatest English Dialogues in Tamil Cinema
Coconut Chutney is a brilliant time-pass blog. Lavanya blogs about everyday stuff which is funny and extremely relate-able. This is a super post on english dialogues in Tamil. I like the fact that she has gone in for obscure examples rather than the usual TR, Vadivelu stuff.
No 4: Deviance
This is (in my opinion) Lavanya's best blogpost. It got so popular that it was plagiarised and made into a short film. Hilarious stuff... Yet again the nitty-gritties of a typical Tambhram family is expressed very well.
No 3:Rupee only is the God
The world-famous Krish Ashok finally enters this list. It was going to be inevitable. Krish is the master of parody. The final punch line of this post is something only Krish can do.
No 2: The distiller's tale
This might make you tear your hair out. :D This post spawned a new genre of blogposts called "The Shenoy". Many of them tried to do a "Shenoy" (Including myself) But original is always the best.
No 1: Facebook Mahabharatha
Krish Ashok. God. Funniest Blogpost Ever. Just read it. Enough Said. :|
These are only a few examples. There are many more awesome bloggers who have even awesome-er posts. But that is for you to find out. :D
